With the burgeoning new energy market, the application of copper, renowned for its excellent conductivity and heat dissipation, has witnessed rapid growth in the new energy sector. However, this has also posed demands for copper surface passivation that surpass traditional passivation techniques, such as resistance to temperatures as high as 180°C and 300°C. We have also made notable technological advancements in this domain.
The advent of AI has spurred higher requirements for the surface passivation of stainless steel and copper materials in the liquid cooling pipeline systems of data centers. Particularly, brazing processes and traceable QR code laser engraving processes are extensively employed in stainless steel and copper materials. We have encountered new technical challenges in passivation processes for brazed stainless steel, passivation processes that preserve QR code integrity, copper polishing processes that prevent solder paste overflow, and cleaning processes that eliminate welding spots while maintaining the natural color of stainless steel. Fortunately, we have actively engaged in technical services within this industry and achieved several phased technological breakthroughs.
